Each piece is handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before an order ships.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Any refund in such cases will be processed to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline.

5. Made-to-order timelines

Most pieces are made after the order is placed. Please refer to our shipping policy for production and delivery timelines.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product designs, names, photographs, text, and brand marks — is the property of Saanjh Home and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to other users’ accounts.

9. Limitation of liability
